Bridecross, LLC is proud to announce it has been named to Inc.’s 2025 Best Workplaces list and recognized in the IT Services, honoring companies that have built exceptional workplaces and vibrant cultures that support their teams and businesses.
This year’s list, featured on Inc.com, is the result of comprehensive measurement and evaluation of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures–whether in-person or remote.
The award process involved a detailed employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, covering critical elements such as management effectiveness, perks, professional development, and overall company culture. Leesburg, Virginia – The Loudoun Chamber has now announced the names of all 32 finalists for the 31st Annual Loudoun Small Business Awards.
July 18, 2025 – continues
These finalists are competing for top honors in seven industry and one Exceptional Entrepreneur of the Year categories. Each category winner will automatically become a finalist for the 2025 “Loudoun Small Business of the Year.”
The winners in every category will be announced at the 31st Annual Loudoun Small Business Awards gala, held on Friday, November 7, 2025, at The National Conference Center in Lansdowne.
“I am proud to congratulate our 32 finalists for the Annual Loudoun Small Business Awards. These finalists represent the special qualities that all small businesses and entrepreneurs possess: tenacity, vision, work ethic, and an unrelenting faith in themselves and in Loudoun. We look forward to celebrating them, and the entire Loudoun small business community, on November 7th,” said Loudoun Chamber President & CEO Tony Howard.
The 2025 finalists were chosen by blue-ribbon committees led by many of Loudoun’s top business leaders and industry experts, who carefully reviewed the nearly 120 applications for Loudoun’s most prestigious small business honor.

1st SBC Solutions, LLC (SBC), an 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) Women-Owned IT Joint Venture small business company has been awarded a 3-year, $3.9M contract from National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) – National Ocean Service’s Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services (NOS CO-OPS).
We will provide scientific, oceanographic, engineering, and GIS application programming, design, development, implementation, and system maintenance IT services primarily in Silver Spring, MD, but also supporting locations in Chesapeake, VA, Seattle, WA, and Pensacola, FL.
1st SBC is a joint venture that maximizes Systems Integration & Development’s (SID) 30 years of industry experience with Bridgecross’ 45 years of combined IT experience to provide innovative solutions to federal agencies.
