Brief Summary of Project:The Department of Homeland Security awarded a Prime Contract to Sharp Solutions, Inc. to provide advisory and hands-on selection of enterprise architecture solutions.  In turn, Bridgecross was brought on as a Subcontractor due to its extensive information technology and project management experience.

A.  Detailed Description of SIN relevant work performed, and results achieved:

Provided management support to Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC). Portfolio Management for the Enterprise Information Technology Services Directorate (EITSD) of Washington Headquarters Services (WHS). Served as Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), Project Manager, and Solutions Architect for DOD IT projects which include IT efforts for the WHS Acquisition Directorate. Supported Content Management, Document Capture, Business Process Automation, and Enterprise Resource Planning. Developed the Operational Execution Plan and Business Enterprise Architecture in compliance with DCMO and DOD regulations.

A.  Detailed Description of SIN relevant work performed, and results achieved:

 

Responsible for the installation, implementation and management of SAP Basis including administration of application infrastructure for the SAP environment including technical monitoring, support, and administration of the SAP system in Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment. Perform SAP Hana Migrations of BW systems (LINUX/HANA). Perform O&M production Support of SAP Landscape for our SAP heterogeneous environment (LINUX/WINDOW) environment. Perform Hana Migration (Using DMO) tool on SAP systems. Perform Upgrade of SAP systems from 7.x to 7.4 using Software Management tool. Perform Unicode conversation of SAP systems after upgrade. Perform SAP systems renames and system copies of SAP systems. Perform buildout of N+1 Environment within our SAP environment. Perform Hana tuning and configuration including backup and data resources. Perform PKI enabled configuration on all SAP Portal Systems/Configuration of SSO Kerberos on SAP Portal. Setup HANA/Oracle database in Solution Manager Database Cockpit for monitoring of all databases. Setup multiple Transport Management systems. Perform HANA database upgrades on LINUX platform.

Major SAP upgrade and Unicode conversation on multiple systems through the landscape from ECC 7.3 to 7.4 SP and NetWeaver 7.3 SP8 to 7.4 SP.

Migrate all SAP systems from Oracle to HANA and Windows to LINUX 7.3.

Perform PKI X.509 Client Certificates on all SAP Portal. This is a major security item.

Rename of SAP system for N+1 environment for future SAP upgrades, patches and projects of systems.

Migrations of multiple SAP distributed systems into the AWS cloud in one-month timeframe. This project was an IC initiative mandated by COMM Directorate. Team nominate by COMM directorate for “Team of the Quarter” or” Team of the Year” – December 2015

Major SAP upgrade on multiple systems through the landscape from ECC 7.0 to 7.3 SP8 and NetWeaver 7.0 to 7.3 SP8. Precursor to going to the AWS cloud.

Major multiple Oracle upgrades from (10.2g to 11.2g) and (11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4). This was a POAM item and precursor to the SAP upgrade.

Provide ongoing website design, responsiveness, dynamic development and support to SBT Reunion project. Design webpages using Adobe Photoshop and Fireworks. Webpages development within Adobe Dreamweaver CC 18.2 to development bootstrap and CSS pages. Exposure to webpage development using WordPress 5.1. Utilizing ColdFusion 2018 to create web applications and dynamic webpages. Utilizing PayPal Developer Portal to create buttons and integrate it into website for reunion purchases and payments. Backup of the server are done on a daily basis from the Hosting company.
